You want a career doing meaningful fun work you love. You want a great lifestyle and you want to make enough money to support it. You want to have a comfortable life and a secure future. Most of us pretty much want all of those things. But how to get them?

I have been exactly where you are...I wanted all of those things, but I hadn't a clue how to get them. I was a single mom of four little boys and I didn't even have a car--I had to live with my parents and had to borrow their car or have them take me where I needed to go. So no bueno. So far from what I wanted for myself and my kids.

A chance meeting changed everything. My dad went to a Rotary Club lunch at a nearby Ritz-Carlton and when he met the General Manager who happened to be seated at the same table, he asked "Can you give my daughter a job?" The rest is history.

I worked my way up to the Best Job in any hotel: Hotel Sales Manager. I was paid well, got great bonuses, traveled to places I'd dreamed of visiting, worked in a beautiful environment with great hours and amazing benefits.
